Los datos están basados en cuanto a la cantidad de dinero recaudado, que no unidades: y provienen del NPD Group, la entidad encargada de llevar el control las cifras de ventas. En cuanto a la venta de consolas, los datos (todavía no son completamente exactos), son los siguientes:

1. PS2 = 232,000
2. Xbox 360 = 221,000
3. PSP =160,000
4. GBA = 152,000
5. DS = 146,000
6. GCN = 33,000
7. Xbox = 26,000
